I have a strong passion for helping nonprofit organizations use data to drive decision making in order to reach their goals. I believe that visualizing data can make data analysis quicker and easier, helping to guide the leadership as they chart the course for more successful outcomes.
I am also committed to the practice of regularly testing and developing an organization's Technology Systems in order to reach the highest level of efficiency.
I am a lifelong learner and have the privilege of serving in the capacity of a teaching assistant in the University of Washington's Data Visualization Certificate Program. It's here where I learn from the best instructors in the field of data visualization.
I live in Mukilteo, Washington, am a wife to Rob, and a mother to 3 sons: Reggie, Quinn, and Britt. I have one wonderful daughter-in-law, Rachael, who is married to Reggie—and a grandson on the way soon. Oh, and I also have a pet bunny named Perl who is often by my side in my home office. Since my nest is empty now, I find that she is my new obsession.
I can work from anywhere, so my goal is to do all that I can to visit my Army Officer sons in Germany and Italy these days, when I’m not checking in on my son who lives here locally attending the University of Washington Law School. Most of the reflections in my Diary will be posts about my family and places I have traveled.
